We either have a bunch, or none.... 2020 was a puppy drought for us.
We are not booking beyond April 2021. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME ASKING FOR INFO ON FUTURE PUPPIES - I CURRENTLY HAVE A QUEUE OF OVER 60 SOME EMAILS - then I get replies to reply to - it is impossible for me to answer all so I will get to those that know what list they want on first, then those that want on wait list for March/April, and after that, it is doubtful I can get to random questions or emails for puppies farther out. If you have questions on goldendoodles or sheepadoodles, please read online. I'm sorry, as of right now, I am limited to 5 hours a day of emails and don't have time for more.
We understand you want to plan ahead, but Mother Nature is fickle and pulls too many surprises for us to guarantee puppies. We would prefer to wait until they are born and a week old before booking up a litter list.
I know this is different from most breeders - they take deposits out for many months/years in advance, but we feel it is unfair for us to take deposits without knowing for certain what is going to be available. Mother Nature will often mess with our plans!
Please do not ask me to try to keep track of your time schedule wants - I do not have the capacity to keep lists of names and the dates they want a puppy. Puppies are in high demand right now, and the emails that come in are overwhelming.
When should you apply - or follow up on a previous submitted application? When you see a puppy litter list open up, or a month in advance of when you want the pup. If you really want a puppy from us, you might have to be flexible on your time frame.
We are a small family breeder. We do not have kennel facilities and we do not have thousands of puppies every year. We do not all live in the same households (thank goodness).
Beware the website that always has puppies available and of many different 'breeds'. Unfortunately, there are few breeders that I would recommend, and the ones I would, are just as booked up as we are.
Thank you for your support and for loving our doodles!
